MakerWorld is a beautiful, inclusive community reflecting the town’s cultural diversity

Some 23% of our families tell us they are eligible for free school meals and 66% say they ‘never’ or ‘rarely’ take part in creative activities outside our sessions. Our sessions are led by local artists and offer work experience and employment to local young people.

A few words from you...

MakerWorld Testimonials

It’s a safe space for me and my family
It gives us time off from tech, encourages creativity and good social time with other children.
MakerWorld is what brings us into town
It’s the most creative space we know of – both parents and kids can get involved and share in the enjoyment and we come away with something fun every time
