Makerworld documentary shortlisted for Social Impact Award at the Activists Without Borders film festival

We’re delighted to announce that our brilliant Makerworld film, directed by Máire Tracey has been officially selected for screening and shortlisted for the Social Impact Award at the Activists Without Borders Film Festival.

The festival is known for highlighting socially impactful cinema, and recognised Makerworld for its powerful message and artistic merit. The judge described the film as “one of the finest entries we received.”

The Makerworld film continues to go from strength to strength and was also recently given a Special Mention Award at the Big Syn International Film Festival, London, the world’s biggest not for profit, online film festival inspiring viewers to act on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
